    Please submit any orders exceeding 12 packages to customer service at info@balloonfisherking.com for special shipping rates.

    Please allow 1 to 2 business days of order being placed for processing and shipping. All orders are shipped USPS First Class Package Service or USPS Priority Mail depending on order quantity and will arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination within the US. All International orders are shipped USPS First Class International and include USPS First Class INTL shipping cost and may take up to 4 – 5 weeks for delivery. For special orders such as overnight delivery, USPS International Priority Express orders, or quantities greater than 12 packages please send requests to info@balloonfisherking.com.

    All Balloon Fisher King product sales are final. Please review your purchase before it is finalized. In the event you receive any incorrect or damaged items, please notify us at info@balloonfisherking.com within 48 hours of the receipt of your order for a return to be authorized. You must first contact us before returning any products. No refunds can be approved if a product is returned without authorization.
